Tucked at the end of a cul de sac of the Cromwell Heights subdivision of Centennial, this large ranch-style home is quite appealing with nearly 4,300 square feet of living space.

The basement feels massive with the same footprint as the main level and the yard of over 1/3 of an acre offers multiple outdoor living spaces, including a private patio off the master bedroom.
There have been some updates over the years, most notably the master and secondary bathrooms on the main level.

One potential negative in a buyer’s eyes is that the property backs to Orchard Road, which results in a reasonable amount of noise. The footprint of the home is also quite large, which limits the amount of usable yard space.

On the whole, the home feels dated.

This property is generally in line with the market for this unique neighborhood. However, based on some of the larger projects I suspect some buyers would wish to take on, the price may be on the high end. I expect this property to sell in the low $700s.
